Charles W. (Woody) Parrish is the president and founder of Parrish Project Management. The company specializes in the management of residential development projects along the East Coast. Woody has more than 30 years of experience, and he has developed more than 10,000 lots in an array of residential communities.
PPM's areas of expertise include properties priced from the mid $100,000s to $1,000,000 comprised of single-family homes, golf course communities, multi-family condominiums and townhouses, as well as mixed-use developments. These projects range in size from 100 to 2,000-lot subdivisions.
Woody's strength is the ability to take a project from inception through planning, zoning, engineering, estimating, working with government entities and overseeing construction to final delivery. His strong suit is delivering projects on time and on budget.
